Lepar Hilir Water Treatment Plant locats at Gambang, Kuantan. The Lepar Hilir Water Treatment Plant can produce 60MLD drinking water for the serounding area. We are involved in this project as the system automation specilist. The scopes include setup the fiber optic network, IT facilities, Programmable Logic Controller(PLC), define the automatic sequence for Fitration and Settlement process.

Total 6 PLC was installed at each outstaions, those include: Intake Work, Chemical Building, Settlement, Fitration Plant, Pumping Station and the Command Center. Each outstations are connected with fiber optic cable and configured as a ring topology. All equipments statuses and alarms are send back to the Command Centre to display at the MIMIC Panel.
